We started this business in 2017 to address the opportunity in the marketplace to serve these customers in a better and faster way, and we built this company to be great. Our founders have built multiple companies and will not settle for anything but market leadership.

Our Manager of Business Development will help execute the business strategy and will manage critical customer relationships. You must enjoy tactics just as much as strategy – this role must be able to thrive both at 30,000 feet and in the weeds. You may find yourself negotiating with a multi-million-dollar customer one day and then building an intricate pricing model in Excel the next day.
Your experience, capabilities, and interests will shape this role. More junior candidates will partner with the President of Tigris to run Business Development, while a more senior candidate would run Business Development more autonomously and build a team of dedicated Business Analysts.
